The state of downtown Jacksonville

Jake Gordon is the CEO of Downtown Vision Inc. DVI is the business improvement district non-profit helping Downtown Jacksonville. 

He received his law degree from University of Pennsylvania & his undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego

Jake is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and on the board of directors of JaxChamber and the International Downtown Association. 

In 2018, the Jacksonville Business Journal recognized Jake as one of North Florida’s “Ultimate CEOs”.
