Chris Hand, City of Jacksonville Chief of Staff from 2011 to 2015, recently authored the 50th anniversary update to the chronicle of consolidation, A Quiet Revolution. He will speak about where consolidation stands today and the issues that might define its future – including the status of decades-old promises made to Jacksonville neighborhoods and the recently passed Jobs for Jax infrastructure initiative.
